Free Early Education Entitlement
Children attending this setting are currently eligible for government funding from the January, April or September following their 3rd (third) birthday, for up to 15 hours per week for 38 weeks. This is subject to regular review. We will arrange this for you although you will be required to fill in and sign a Declaration Form and let us see a copy of your child’s birth certificate.
Children are only allowed to claim the amount of funded hours they are registered to attend (up to a maximum of 15 hours) as at the headcount date. If a child is registered to attend ALL of the claimed funded hours and increases their hours during the term then the extra sessions will be charged at the standard session rates of £6.00 per hour.
Since September 2017 we have been offering the 30 free hours (please note, our setting is only open 24.5 hours per week) to qualifying families although this is offered on an entirely discretionary basis and may be withdrawn, at our discretion, should an increased uptake begin to impact on the Pre-School’s finances.
Should you have any questions about fees and payment, please contact the Treasurer: email@example.com
We will now be asking for a voluntary contribution of £10 per child per term to cover all snack and cooking we do over the term. We will add a reminder to your invoice at the beginning of the term.
To make snack easier for parents, the pre-school will now provide the food for snack, this is so we can add in special days like pancake day or make topic related snack (moon Cakes) which the children love to do during the day. Please feel free to still bring in birthday treats and special things your children have made at home (we will just need a list of ingredients).
